Inferno Utility Guide

Inferno is a utility-heavy CS2 map where small advantages around banana and mid can decide the entire round. Good smokes, flashes and mollies help attackers take banana control, pressure brackets, clear dangerous close angles and avoid dry peeking into common CT setups. Instead of walking into stacked crossfires, T-side players can use utility to force defenders back and create cleaner paths toward A-site or B-site executes.

For CT players, Inferno utility is just as important because delaying banana, fighting top mid and supporting site anchors buys valuable rotation time. A few reliable lineups can make retakes more realistic and make site holds less dependent on raw aim. Use the interactive markers above to choose one smoke or flash at a time, learn the standing position and repeat it until it fits naturally into your rounds.

Best Inferno Smokes to Learn First

Useful Inferno smokes to learn early include CT Smoke, Coffins Smoke, Moto Smoke, Arch Smoke and Library Smoke. These lineups support B-site pressure, A-site executes and safer brackets control.

T-Side Inferno Utility

T-side utility helps take banana control, fight for brackets, execute A and execute B without dry peeking every angle. Coordinated smokes and flashes can isolate anchors and make site entries cleaner.

CT-Side Inferno Utility

CT utility helps delay banana pressure, fight top mid, support site anchors and prepare retakes. Well-timed mollies and flashes can slow executes and give rotating teammates time to arrive.
